These steps come from the advice of the elders to a new king of Israel named Jeroboam. The elders stated that if the king would do these steps, the people would “be your servants forever.”
These steps are:
· Serve people.
· Say, “yes.”
· Speak good.

Preaching God’s Word is very important. It has always been part of the advancement of the Kingdom of God. This culture would benefit significantly from the preaching of God’s Word.
Over the years, I have preached 2000 plus times. This experience in preaching has led to developing what I consider five vital aspects of preaching. 1.Affection

· Accurate to Scripture.
· Accurate to the circumstance.
3.Authenticity
· [Phl 1:15-18 NASB95] 15 Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ even from envy and strife, but some also from goodwill; 16 the latter [do it] out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the Gospel; 17 the former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition rather than from pure motives, thinking to cause me distress in my imprisonment. 18 What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed; and in this I rejoice. Yes, and I will rejoice,
· Authentic life.
· Authentic motive.
4.Anointing
· [Act 10:38 NASB95] 38 “[You know of] Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and [how] He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
· Abiding.
· Present.
5.Authority
· [Mat 7:29 NASB95] 29 for He was teaching them as [one] having authority, and not as their scribes.
· Authority means boldness.
· Authority over demons and deception.

[1Co 14:1 NASB95] 1 Pursue love, yet desire earnestly spiritual [gifts,] but especially that you may prophesy.
Three questions you need ask to when you get a personal prophecy
Revelations – what did He say?
Interpretations – what did He mean?
Applications – what do I do with it?
Protip: Don’t put the prophecy on the shelf. Wage war with the prophecies. The Apostle Paul told Timothy, “This command I entrust to you, Timothy, [my] son, in accordance with the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you fight the good fight,…” (I Tim. 1:18 NASB)
We all know that we are responsible before God to share our faith in Jesus Christ with others. Yet, many people have a hard time sharing their faith. Interestingly, Barna’s research group recently wrote that over 65% of Millenials are sharing their faith. Most of that is through social media avenues like Reels (Instagram) and TikTok.
At some point, we need to share our faith one on one. It is awkward. It is confrontational. It does NOT need to be adversarial.
This episode explains how to use three simple questions to share our faith with others.
